The ISO 9001: 2015 standard is a tool for organizing daily practice in the operation of companies, regardless of the object of their work or their legal form. It is an internationally recognized standard. ISO 9001: 2015 helps the company to develop a flexible system for monitoring the processes it implements in order to avoid mistakes or failures, customers of services or products to receive immediate service and information on issues related to cooperation with the company.
The company is aware of the environment (intercompany-shareholder-social-economic-technical-public-professional) that is directly or indirectly affected by its operation and is always able to make improvement moves, through the tools of the model, in order to either reduce business risks or increase customer satisfaction. In any case, for the implementation of the requirements of the standard, there is the cooperation and the interaction of the business management with the internal and external environment in order to document the decision making and improvement actions, customer satisfaction, continuous improvement and processes that affect its operation with the aim of increasing productivity as well as the satisfaction-implementation of legislative and regulatory requirements.
The seminar, which will last ten (10) weeks, will analyze the tools of the model and how they can help and improve the daily practice in running a business.
The seminar will start on November 3, 2021 and will last 10 weeks. This will be monitored on a weekly basis and specifically It will take place every week, on Wednesday, from 17:30 to 19:00, at the premises of Hellenic American Educational Foundation in Paleo Psychiko, Attica. The seminar has been curated by the National EvaluationCenter of Quality and Technology in Health (EKAPTY SA). EKAPTY will undertake the elaboration of the seminar and will issue a certificate of successful attendance to each attendee.
